HollandFlex BV is looking for experienced construction professionals to work on the construction of holiday houses, mostly made of wood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open positions:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Carpenter<\/strong> \u2013 structural, assembly, and finishing work on wooden holiday houses<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Paver \/ Bricklayer<\/strong> \u2013 laying paving stones, driveways, terraces, and paths<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Plasterer<\/strong> \u2013 interior and exterior finishing, traditional and gypsum plastering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Rate:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    \u20ac36 \/ hour (ZZP)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Scope of work:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Assembly of wooden structures, roofs, fa\u00e7ades, and finishes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Interior and exterior finishing work<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Site preparation and landscaping around holiday houses<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cooperation with other specialists on-site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Relevant work experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Self-employed status (ZZP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Own tools and transport<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Basic English or Dutch <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
